II. Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Legal Services Company agrees to provide legal services as defined herein (the “Services”) to the Client, who agrees to receive and pay for said Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The primary scope of Services includes managing the Client’s personal account on www.eservices.rs.ge and submitting the monthly 1% tax declaration to the LEPL Revenue Service, as required for an Individual Entrepreneur with Small Business Status.
1.3. The Services also include related legal consultations, as well as the preparation of necessary documents and applications within this scope. For the avoidance of doubt, representation under this Agreement does not extend to appealing decisions of the LEPL Revenue Service or participation in litigation or arbitration. Any such additional representation would require a separate agreement.

Article 2: Communication and Performance of Services

2.1. The Attorney shall act in accordance with the lawful instructions of the Client. Communication, including instructions and document exchange, may occur in writing, via email, or through other mutually agreed-upon digital channels.
2.2. With the Client’s prior consent, the Attorney may engage the professional services of third parties (e.g., notaries, translators) where necessary to fulfill the Services.

Article 3: Professional Conduct and Confidentiality

3.1. The Attorney shall provide all Services diligently, professionally, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
3.2. All information and documentation provided by the Client in connection with the Services shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Attorney shall not disclose this information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent. This obligation of confidentiality is indefinite and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Article 4: Fees and Payment

4.1. The fee for the Services is 50 GEL per month.
4.2. The fee shall be paid by the Client in advance, no later than the 5th day of each month, via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice issued by the Attorney.

Article 5: Term and Termination

5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its electronic signature by the Client.
5.2. The Agreement is valid for an initial term of one (1) month and shall automatically renew for successive one-month periods unless terminated by either party.
5.3. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with at least ten (10) days' written notice before the next renewal date.

Article 6: General Provisions

6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
6.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
6.3. This document is executed in the English language. A Russian version may be provided for convenience, but the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.

III. Signature

By typing my full name in the signature field below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Legal Services Agreement. I further agree that this action constitutes my legally binding electronic signature.
