Who the hell cares about bankruptcy anyway? I keep circling back to that Coase Theorem and how much it infuriated me. It feels like a philosophy problem. Maybe this is my chance. Maybe I can use this conference as a forcing function to write about Coase and finally figure out why it is a big deal. It’s a long shot, but it’s a path. And right now, it’s the only one I see.
